Blevins, a native of
Muncie
Indiana
, is the owner and President of Blevins
Development, Inc. He has been involved in
all aspects of construction and real estate
development for 22 years, with over 17 years
of experience in the
Southwest Florida
market. Jeff has earned a reputation of
being an outstanding contractor who expects
the very best from every company and
individual involved in all of his projects.
What separates Jeff from most contractors is
the fact that he has 20 plus years of hands
on experience in every phase of building
construction and land development projects.
These projects include a variety of
multi-million dollar luxury homes and
commercial projects. Additionally, prior to
becoming the President of Blevins
Development, Inc., he had been in
supervisory and management positions with
various successful well respected building
and real estate development companies for 10
years. To this day, he is still well known
for being on his project sites daily to
assure the accuracy and quality of the
project for his clients. Jeff assumes a very
active role in the pre-construction,
construction and post-construction phases of
every project that Blevins Development, Inc.
builds. Blevins Development, Inc still
maintains homes for clients that we
completed over four years ago. As requested
by clients, Jeff remains on most security
lists and maintains keys and passwords for
their homes and or commercial projects. Jeff
Blevins and Blevins Development, Inc. are
passionate about building life long trust
